Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. dueday works 100% offline and collects no data. See the privacy policy.
Do I need an account?
No. No signup, no email.
How do I back up my data?
Settings, then Data, then Export: a JSON file is saved wherever you choose (Files, iCloud Drive…). Restore on a new device via Settings, Data, Import.
Reminders not showing?
Check iOS Settings, Notifications, dueday, then the app's Settings, Notifications. Same-day payments are grouped into a single notification.
How do I delete all my data?
Settings, Data, Reset all. Or simply uninstall the app: everything is removed with it.
One tip?
Export a JSON backup regularly, especially before switching devices. The app is provided as is.
Is the app really free?
Yes. Every core feature is free, with no time limit. Only optional, purely cosmetic extras could ever become paid.
Widget not updating?
Open the app once (the widget syncs on launch), or remove and re-add the widget.
